Each student is different in their way of grasping things and learning manners. Without considering this most teachers strictly compel kids to do their task as per their requirement. In India each board has a different schedule, some of which are progressed, some are not really.

Schools are giving lesser importance to physical education and character working. The same number of schools don’t have exercises on courtesy and quirks. Most of the schools which provide better education and facilities will charge more which will lead weight for guardians. The schools with moderate expenses for the most part have lesser assets, which influence the nature of training. The current education system is unfortunately not fueling curiosity in kid’s minds and they are unable to pursue their interests. Students are unable to raise their voice on what methods for the learning process or teaching method will be most appropriate to them. To get a good mark the kids cannot be true to their experience. The grade becomes more important than reality. After years of being taught to avoid making mistakes, it will lead to fear of making mistakes in their mind. Since most information is just remembered and not held for a long time ago, understudies feel lost after school. Many even stay jobless. When young people are pushed too hard, they will learn but not necessarily what they’re being taught. Kids will learn that the educational process is boring or it makes them feel bad about themselves or doesn’t acknowledge their deeper gifts.

How can we change this?

Knowledge is cumulative well as it grows exponentially. So today’s children need the right way of education for their overall growth, it’s their right to gain skills and understanding in a way that’s useful to them at the time. They must explore and challenge themselves. Let them make mistakes and try again with an unstoppable eagerness to learn things. Children usually take no notice of what they aren’t ready to learn. We are forcing them to do what they are doing by remembering the purpose. We need kids who are curious, motivated and always pushing in the direction of mastery. So we should provide them the right way of education which involves more engagement and interest-driven learning methods. The way they are gathering information is so important, it should be useful in the future. They must have exposure to adult role models and fine engagement in community life. If we provide an opportunity to learn and experience things by themselves they can freely acquire knowledge.

Let them Play

Our kids should learn for their better tomorrow, not for the board exams. We should teach them why we are studying how it will make an impact in their life. We should allow them to play. Let them play, let them think, let them learn. knowledge is not only residing inside textbooks, there are so many other ways too. The right way of education leads them to self-reliance and independence. We should make an opportunity for them to play freely in multi-age groups without supervision by adults.
